Sponsored Talk

€3000(+ VAT as per the Italian law)
The company can organize a talk of 15 minutes on a topic of their choice related to the Conference (subject to the approval of the Scientific Committee) during the Conference days (day and time to be agreed with the Scientific Committee). Any expense for the participation of the speakers should be covered by the company. This option is applicable to Companies who have confirmed Gold and Silver options ONLY.

Badges

€1500(+ VAT as per the Italian law)
  • Printing of the Company name on participants’ Conference badges

Social Dinner

€3000(+ VAT as per the Italian law)
  • Acknowledgement of the sponsoring company on the program, on the invitation ticket and on the menu

Lunch

€2000(+ VAT as per the Italian law)
  • Sponsoring 1 Lunch. A board with the name of the sponsors will be placed on the lunch tables

Supply of the Conference bags

€1000(+ VAT as per the Italian law)
  • The company may have the opportunity to supply its own bags with the company logo

Customize the Conference bags

€2000(+ VAT as per the Italian law)
  • The company may have the opportunity to add its own logo on the bags provided by the Conference

Coffee Break

€1000(+ VAT as per the Italian law)
  • Sponsoring 1 coffee break. A board with the name of the sponsors will be placed on the coffee breaks tables
